Powder Sensor Socket mount (PSR-8P / PSR-11P)

Powder Sensors PSR-8P and PSR-11P are the most commonly used in the ceramic tile manufacturing industries because they are a direct replacement for SACMI and other ceramic press powder sensors.
The PSR-8P and PSR-11P both have a potentiometer (preset) for adjusting sensitivity.Its high stability and sensitivity allow for continuous process automation even in clay with low moisture content.
Both the PSR-8P and PSR-11P provide isolation between the supply and sensor electrodes.
These models are best suited for high common mode noise environments or hopper platform ground short circuits.
The PSR-8P has an 8-pin connection, whereas the PSR-11P has an 11-pin connection. The PSR-11P provides 24V – 25V output with a maximum current of 500mA, which can be used to power other parts of the system.
